Q: What shipping options are available?

We use a variety of shipping companies based on customer preference and cheapest option for the customer. We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, FedEx Express or SpeeDee. The customer is able to choose a shipping option at checkout. We DO ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We DO ship outside of the USA.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We DO ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us before purchase to set up shipping.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns or cancellations?

  • All cancellations are subject to a deduction for the processing fee at the time of refund.
  • We will accept returns for any product if the following conditions are met:

    If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

    Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product plus a 20% restocking fee.

    A Dropship fee may also be charged if the item was not in stock since many products are sent factory direct and must return to the factory for credit or exchange.
