Whether making modifications for a little more horsepower or are doing a total performance build, our Made in the USA Head Stud Kit is the way to go. Our Head studs are rated to 220,000 psi tensile strength, the same as strength as a popular Name Brand at a fraction of the cost.

The Studs and bolts are produced from the finest quality domestically melted premium steels. The oversized steel bars are further cold worked to increase mechanical properties and remove all surface impurities.
Next the fasteners are heat treated with a proprietary process, unique from the automotive, commercial, and aerospace industries allowing each fastener the ability to achieve higher tensile strengths without sacrificing toughness.
Fasteners are centerless ground to ensure concentricity and any surface defects from heat treating are removed. Threads are roll formed on the fastener in the hardened state.
