All remanufactured PurePower Technologies® G2.9 injectors include new connectors, spool valve, coil and harness assemblies with patented vented slot technology that eliminate stiction and provide excellent cold weather performance and injector response. They perform advanced end-of-life test checks, delivery, leakage and opening characteristics. Replacement of the G2.9 injectors requires removal of the high-pressure oil rail. The injector inlet seals are incorporated on the oil rail and must be replaced prior to reinstalling.
