GM OEM L5P Duramax Engine Oil Cooler (2020-2024) (2001-2019 With Mods)

GM OEM Duramax Engine Oil Cooler. This L5P Oil Cooler Assembly is a direct fit replacement for the 2020 and newer Duramax. It is also an upgrade for the 2001-2016 Duramax with proper modifications.

For those enthusiasts doing an build, the 30% increase in cooling capacity over the earlier model years is a huge benefit.



Needed Modifications include: *Trimming both the Drivers side Manifold heat shield and the heat shield mounting boss.

*Replacing stock elbow with coolant elbow (12675428) and gaskets (12676826,97192667)

*Cooler Upgrade requires 3-40mm bolts, and 2-120mm bolts (GM# 12676826, GM# 97192677)

*2020 cooler requires Oil Filter GM# 12684038, AC/Delco# PF26
