AirDog II-5G, RAM Cummins DF-100-5G (2019-2023) **

This is the AirDog II-5G DF-100 fuel system for the 2019-2020 RAM with the 6.7 Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a, factory-style, 1/2" bulkhead fitting. This will bypass the factory in-tank lift pump. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the factory fuel filter housing. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the factory 3/8” suction line once the module is modified. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks. The AirDog®II-5G systems feature a built in adjustible pressure regulator. All AirDog®II and AirDog®II-5G systems include a complete installation kit.

The AirDog®II-5G for this particular application are preset at 13-15psi from factory for a stock application. The regulator is adjustible up to 75psi for fine tuning the system for performance upgrades. WARNING: RUNNING THE PUMP ABOVE 75PSI WILL DECREASE THE LIFE OF THE PUMP SIGNIFICANTLY AND MAY VOID THE WARRANTY.
