2001-2004 LDS LB7 45% Over Fuel Injectors

Injector Styles:
VCO: These injectors start off as OEM Bosch Reman units and from there, the stock VCO nozzles are EDM honed and balanced (to within .5%) to the proper oversized flow percentage.
SAC: The SAC style injectors are new on the market. They are only available for injectors 45% and larger. With this newly designed nozzle the needle (that's within the nozzle) only needs to seal one opening whereas the VCO nozzle needs to seal every opening or leakage will occur. Additionally, there is more material being used creating a more precise spray pattern, a longer-lasting tip and they are more reliable for the higher flow rates that are being demanded.

DLC Coating stands for diamond-like carbon coating, that has unique properties of natural diamond low friction, high hardness, and high corrosion resistance.
